Fees For Renters & Guests
(The owner of the property at which the guest/renter is staying must be a member in good standing of the ONHC Association before admission to the pool will be permitted. The staff will check the owner’s current status before admitting guests/renters to the facilities.)
SWIMMING POOL:
$6.00/day per person
$30.00/week per person
$135.00/week per family (up to 6 people)
(Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult-18 years or older. There is no lifeguard on duty. Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their family members and guests.)
BOAT RAMP:
$45.00 per boat per week
PLUS: $10.00 refundable key deposit
(Applies to weekly renters only. Weekly Renters may not use key for lock on boat ramp issued to a member owner. Member owners must direct renters to the clubhouse to pay this fee.)
Clubhouse Use & Rentals
Club House Users must be a homeowner in good standing or sponsored by a homeowner who will take responsibility for the users.
Security Deposit, in addition to fee for usage, will be refundable less any damage to club house; plus it is the responsibility of Club House Party Users to clean up the facility agter a party and a deduction from the security depisit will be make for any after party clean up required.
Guest under 20 people in total during Pool operating hours ( 11AM to 7 PM) in season, pay $3 pool fee for any guest who is not a member to use pool, and a $150.00 deposit.
When pool is not open:
20 people and under $75 fee and a $300 security deposit
21-50 people $250 fee with $300 security deposit
51-75 people $350 fee with $300 security deposit
76 + people $500 fee with $750 security deposit
Additionally, any groups serving alcohol must pay an additional + $200 insurance policy rider fee.
The Club House is winterized during cold temperature months to prevent freezing of pipes and conservation of energy.
If use is required when the facility is winterized than an additional winterization will be required.
All fees must be paid when a reservation is locked in.
